From June 17, 2024 until August 19, 2024, (i) individuals and business entities who have purchased a membership from Wheels Up (each, a “Wheels Up Member”) and (ii) individuals and business entities who fly with Wheels Up on a “pay as you go” format (“Wheels Up Charter Customers”), are eligible to receive 1 Diamond Medallion® Status for the 2025 Medallion Year with Delta Air Lines for every $100,000 US spent by a Wheels Up Member in a pre-paid Wheels Up Fund (“Wheels Up Fund Spend”) or $125,000 in Wheels Up Flight Spend by a Wheels Up Charter Customer (each, a “Limited Time Offer”). Diamond Medallion Status awarded under this Limited Time Offer is eligible to receive 2025 Choice Benefits. Maximum of 4 Diamond Medallion Status awards per Wheels Up Member in a calendar year, and a maximum of 1 Diamond Medallion Status per Wheels Up Charter Customer in a calendar year. For clarity, for accounts that have more than one Wheels Up Member, Wheels Up Fund Spend deposited to the joint account will not award double Diamond Medallion Status to both Wheels Up Members under the account, but rather only a single Wheels Up Member. “Wheels Up Flight Spend” means amounts paid in US Dollars by a Wheels Up Charter Customer for on demand flights arranged through Wheels Up or Air Partner LLC excluding (x) costs ancillary thereto (e.g., catering, ground transportation) and (y) taxes and fees attributable to or imposed on flights. For the avoidance of doubt, Wheels Up Flight Spend excludes Fund spend, and Wheels Up Fund Spend excludes Wheels Up Flight Spend. Amounts spent on group charters, and/or cargo flights are not eligible for this Limited Time Offer; in the case of the Limited Time Offer for Wheels Up Charter Customers, Fund Spend will not count towards its required spend.

Wheels Up Members must have a registered Wheels Up account and a valid Delta SkyMiles account number to be eligible for a Limited Time Offer. The Wheels Up Member is responsible for creating valid Wheels Up and SkyMiles accounts prior to the required spend; any amount spent prior to June 17, 2024 and enrollment in both programs will not count towards a Limited Time Offer. Fund Spend can only be counted towards the individual Wheels Up Member’s account, or, in the case of a Wheels Up Member that is a business entity, the business entity.

Wheels Up Members or Wheels Up Charter Customers who earn Diamond Medallion Status under this Limited Time Offer may gift such Status received under to any other SkyMiles Member in good standing, in lieu of using the awarded Status themselves. Wheels Up Members who earn multiple Diamond Medallion Statuses under this Limited Time Offer cannot use the Status awards for consecutive years, and cannot delay use of such Status.

Fund Offer

Effective August 20, 2024, Wheels Up Members are eligible to receive 1 Diamond Medallion® Status with Delta Air Lines for every $100,000 US spent in a Wheels Up Fund during a calendar year (“Fund Offer”). Choice Benefits will not be awarded for this Diamond Medallion Status, and must be unlocked through earning the Choice Benefit Qualification below. Maximum of 4 Diamond Medallion Status awards per Wheels Up Member in a calendar year. Wheels Up Members must have a registered Wheels Up account and a valid Delta SkyMiles account number to be eligible for this offer. The Wheels Up Member is responsible for creating valid Wheels Up and SkyMiles accounts prior to the required spend; any Wheels Up Fund amount spent prior to August 20, 2024 and enrollment in both programs will not count towards this Fund Offer. Fund Spend can only be counted towards the individual Wheels Up Member’s account, or, in the case of a Wheels Up Member that is a business entity, the business entity. With respect to Wheels Up Members, amounts spent on group charters, charter flights that are not paid for using a Fund, and cargo flights are not eligible for this Fund Offer.

Wheels Up Members who meet the Fund Spend requirement for this Fund Offer between January 1 and June 30 of a calendar year will be eligible for Medallion Status through the end of the current Medallion Year; Wheels Up Members who meet the Fund Spend requirement for this Fund Offer between July 1 and December 31 of a calendar year will be eligible for Medallion Status through the end of the current Medallion Year and the subsequent Medallion Year.

Wheels Up Members who earn Diamond Medallion Status under this Fund Offer may gift such Status received under to any other SkyMiles Member in good standing, in lieu of using the awarded Status themselves. Charter Offer

Choice Benefits will not be awarded for this Diamond Medallion Status, and must be unlocked through earning the Choice Benefits Qualification below. “Wheels Up Flight Spend” means amounts paid in US Dollars by a Wheels Up Charter Customer for on demand flights arranged through Wheels Up or Air Partner LLC excluding (x) costs ancillary thereto (e.g., catering) and (y) taxes and fees attributable to or imposed on flights. For the avoidance of doubt, Wheels Up Flight Spend excludes Fund Spend, amounts spent on a group charters, and/or cargo flights are not eligible for this Charter Offer.

Maximum of 1 Diamond Medallion Status award per Wheels Up Account in a calendar year (“Charter Offer”). Wheels Up Charter Customers must have a registered Wheels Up account and a valid Delta SkyMiles account number to be eligible for this offer. The Wheels Up Member is responsible for creating valid Wheels Up and SkyMiles accounts prior to the required spend; any Wheels Up Fund amount spent prior to August 20, 2024 and enrollment in both programs will not count towards this Charter Offer.

Choice Benefits

Wheels Up Members and Wheels Up Charter Customers who are awarded Diamond Medallion Status in connection with either the Fund Offer or the Charter Offer, do not automatically qualify for Choice Benefits. To unlock Choice Benefit selections, those Wheels Up Members and/or Wheels Up Charter Customers must earn a minimum of $12,000 Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs) during the applicable calendar year to be eligible for Choice Benefits during the applicable Medallion Year (“Choice Benefit Qualification”). Wheels Up Members and Wheels Up Charter Customers may earn MQDs as permitted under the SkyMiles Program. MQDs earned during the same calendar year, but prior to award of the Complimentary Status, will count towards the Choice Benefit Qualification, but MQDs received through the MQD Headstart benefit or MQD Accelerator will not count towards this requirement. If the Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customer, as applicable, earns complimentary Status under these offers between January 1 and June 30 of a calendar year, the Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customer, as applicable, must complete the Choice Benefits Qualification before December 31 of that calendar year to earn Choice Benefits for the current Medallion Year. If the Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customers, as applicable, earns Complimentary Status between July 1 and December 31, the Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customers, as applicable, will have the opportunity to earn Choice Benefits for both the current Medallion Year and the subsequent Medallion Year, after meeting the Choice Benefit Qualification by December 31 of each Medallion Year. For example, a Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customer, as applicable, who receives Medallion Status on March 31, 2024 must earn $12,000 MQDs by December 31, 2024 to unlock Choice Benefits for the 2024 Medallion Year; a Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customer, as applicable, who receives Medallion Status on August 30, 2024 can unlock Choice Benefits for both the 2024 Medallion Year and the 2025 Medallion Year by completing the Choice Benefits Qualification before December 31, 2024 (for 2024 Choice Benefits) and again before December 31, 2025 (for 2025 Choice Benefits).

Miscellaneous

Delta reserves the right to cancel, rescind, or void any Medallion Status if the Wheels Up Member or Wheels Up Charter Customer, as applicable, receives a refund from Wheels Up on the qualifying Fund Spend or Flight Spend under the applicable offer. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. Offers and benefits are subject to change without notice. No offer can be combined with other Delta/SkyTeam® offers.

SkyMiles

All Medallion Status Qualification and Medallion Benefit rules and policies apply and may be viewed at delta.com/medallion. MQDs will not extend or roll over from year to year, and MQD balance will be reset to zero on or about January 1 each calendar year.
