The savings of up to 30% applies to the highest available rate from February 10, 2025 to February 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), and is appliable if:
- the flight booked on or after February 10, 2025 and before February 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm (ET) (the “Promotion Period”);
- the flight is flown February 10, 2025 and before March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm (ET); and (iii) the flight departs from and arrives within the Wheels Up Membership Primary Service Area (see the map available at wheelsup.com).
Discount will vary based on cabin class and aircraft availability, demand, itinerary details, (such as date, time of date, and destination and arrival cities).
Discount does not apply to large cabin aircraft, Hot Flights or Shared Flights.
The highest available rate during the Promotion Period is published on the Wheels Up pricing calendar, which is available on the Wheels Up App and Wheels Up website.
Rates with cost savings are also illustrated on the Wheels Up App and Wheels Up website. If you are a Wheels Up Member, your Wheels Up agreement applies to your flight.
In the event of a conflict between this offer and your Wheels Up agreement, this offer shall prevail. If you are not a Member, the Wheels Up Charter Services Terms and Conditions (the “Charter Agreement”), available at wheelsup.com, applies to your flight. In the event of a conflict between this offer and the Charter Agreement, this offer shall prevail.
Additional services, such as deicing, hangar fees, catering, will incur extra costs and fees.
Changes to your itinerary may incur additional costs and fees and may change the discount that applied to your booked flight. This offer only applies to flights arranged by Wheels Up Partners LLC or Wheels Up Private Jets LLC. This offer is subject to change without notice and is void where prohibited by law.
